Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return only if they are received damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order specifications.
2. Custom Orders
Custom-made, private label, bulk production, and personalized apparel orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has started.
3. Return Request Time
Any return or complaint request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order, along with clear photos or videos of the issue.
4. Refund Process
If the claim is approved, we may offer replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the order type and issue.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be accepted for wrong size selection, change of mind, approved sample-based production, delays caused by shipping companies, or used/damaged items after delivery.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was caused by our production error.
